DESCRIPTION

DYNA® ANTIQUA 4350 is a clear and transparent premium performance penetrating sealer specially formulated to protect, enhance the color of, and to provide a protective finish to tumbled marble, acid-washed marble, textured, rough, and dimensional and natural stone surfaces. It will protect the surface against stains, dust, dirt, water, acid rain, chemical attack, mildew, fungus, U.V. rays, salt, oils, tar and efflorescence. Surface dirt should be removed using standard maintenance procedures. It allows moisture vapor transmission.
ANTIQUA 4350 also protects from freeze/thaw damage such as spalling, cracking and bubbling rendered by the harshest climates. It serves to densify the surface of any stone and will not peel or yellow.

RECOMMENDED SURFACES

Can be applied on surfaces such as:
- Textured, Rough and Dimensional Natural Stones
- Acid-Washed Marble
- Tumbled Marble

LIMITATIONS

1. Do not apply before 10 days following the completion of the work.
2. Ensure that the surface to which it is to be applied to is thoroughly dry and that no residual moisture is present.
3. Slates, natural stone, and unglazed ceramic tiles will darken with the effect that the color will be enhanced. Ensure that you always test first in an incospicuous area to determine if this is what you desire.
4. Do not apply below 0°C (32°F) or above 40°C (104°F).
5. Do not apply over vitreous pavers.
6. Do not use as a floor finish or floor polish.
7. Do not use over polished marble or granite or any other polished natural stone surface.
8. Not to be used to guard against hydro-static pressure.

SECTIONS -

DIRECTIONS

A. SURFACE PREPARATION

Wash the surface that is to be treated and let dry completely before application. Wash with DYNA brand of cleaners. Ensure that the surface is completely dry and there is no residual moisture present.

B. APPLICATION

1. Apply ANTIQUA 4350 evenly over the surface using a clean dry brush, roller or spray on.
2. Apply evenly and do not allow the product to puddle on the surface.
3. Allow the sealer to penetrate the stone surface for about 1 to 2 hours.
4. With a clean dry cloth or terry cloth pick up and buff up the surface. Remove all excess sealer on the surface of the stone.
5. Let dry for at least 24 hours.
6. For maximum protection a repeat application is recommended.
7. If no grout release agent will be used for natural stone then the sealer must be applied at least once PRIOR to grouting.
8. ANTIQUA 4350 may be applied over a worn surface. First remove the old coat of ANTIQUA 4350 with a paint and varnish remover.
9. Depending on tile absorption, 2 to 4 coats may be required.
10. Allow at least 12 hour cure between coats.

DESCRIPTION

DYNA® GROUT GUARD 4100 is a premium performing Silane/Siloxane water-borne grout sealer and protector. It will protect from many items, which may stain your grout joints and also from acid rain, dirt, mildew, fungus, salt, efflorescence. It provides 100 % moisture vapour transmission, which is important for exterior tile work.
It will increase freeze / thaw resistance and protect from spalling, cracking and bubbling of your grout joints rendered by the harshest climates. It will not yellow and offers no surface appearance change to your grout joints. It will extend the life of your grout joints by many years.

USES

1. For interior and exterior use.
2. Can be used for floor, wall, counter top, and ceiling grout joints.

RECOMMENDED SURFACES

Can be applied on surfaces such as:
- Textured, Rough and Dimensional Natural Stones
- Acid-Washed Marble
- Tumbled Marble

A. SURFACE PREPARATION

Ensure that the grout joints are clean and thoroughly dry prior to application. Use DYNA brand of cleaners to clean the grout joints.

B. APPLICATION

1. Apply GROUT GUARD 4100 evenly over the grout surface by spraying.
2. Wipe off excess material that sprayed on your tilework.
3. Allow the sealer to sit and absorb on the surface of the grout joints for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Wipe up excess from the surface of the grout joints.
5. A repeat application is recommended.
6. Allow to cure for 24 to 48 hours.

CLEAN-UP

Clean hands and tools with clean water.

2. Let dry for at least 1/2 hour.
3. For maximum protection a repeat application is recommended.
4. Wipe off excess and buff up using a clean dry cloth.

C. APPLICATION (ON NON-POLISHED SURFACES)

1. For non-polished surfaces no buffing or wiping of excess material is required.
2. If no grout release agent will be used for unpolished natural stone then IMPREGNATOR 4110 must be applied at least once prior to grouting.
3. Avoid puddling of material in grout joints.

DYNA® REPEL 4220 is a clear and transparent premium performance penetrating impregnating agent specially formulated to protect porous natural and dimensional stone such as rough, splif-faced, textured, acid-washed, honed, flame finished and sandblasted marble, granite, slate, sandstone, limestone, and quartzite, against stains, dust, dirt, water, acid rain, chemical attack, mildew, fungus, U.V. rays, salt, oil, tar and damage from efflorescence. Surface dirt should be removed using standard maintenance procedures. It allows moisture vapor transmission.
REPEL 4220 also protects from freeze/thaw damage such as spalling, cracking and bubbling rendered by the harshest climates. It serves to densify the surface of any stone and yet offers no appearance change. REPEL 4220 is not a sealer and as such leaves no surface film to peel or yellow. This product also serves as an anti-graffiti agent. Surfaces treated with this product have a higher co-efficient of friction, therefore polished stone surfaces such as floors become less slippery.

2. Permit the product to absorb into the surface for at least one half hour.

4. Let dry and do not permit heavy foot traffic for at least 24 hours.
5. For maximum protection a repeat application is recommended.

Pour the contents of the can in a metal bucket or paint tray.

C. APPLICATION

1. Apply TERRASEAL GLOSS 4320 evenly over the surface using a clean dry brush, roller or spray on. Apply evenly and do not allow the product to puddle on the surface.
2. After about 10 to 20 minutes provide another application and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. With clean and dry lint free rags pick up any residual sealer on the surface of the stone.
4. Let dry for at least 24 hours.
5. If no grout release agent will be used for natural stone then the sealer must be applied at least once PRIOR to grouting.
